Dr. Ashik Sainu Mohiyadeen is a Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist and leads the Department of Gastroenterology at Aster Al Raffah Hospital Oman.

Dr. Ashik pursued his MBBS from the prestigious Institute of JIPMER in India followed by a Residency in Internal medicine and Fellowship in Gastroenterology & Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy from Reputed Centres in India. He has completed his GI & Hepatology training from major GI & Endoscopy centres in UK including Queen Elizabeth hospital in Birmingham and Glasgow Royal Infirmary in Scotland. He completed his MRCP & CCST from the UK before deciding to move to Oman. He has multiple National & International papers to his credit. His areas of Interest are Therapeutic Endoscopy & Hepatobiliary ERCP. He set up the GI & Hepatology unit at Aster Al Raffah Hospital and is currently working as a Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist at Aster Al Raffah Hospital, Ghubra. He visits Aster Al Raffah Hospital, Sohar & other Polyclinics as well.

Dr. Ashik Sainu is the Medical Director of Aster Al Raffah Hospitals & Clinics Oman, and is very famous in Oman for his medical practice as a Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist  as his vision of providing best  and updated healthcare services reflects visibly at the Department of Gastroenterology, Aster Al Raffah Hospital Muscat.
